By definition, a brand is a characteristic or trait that differentiates. Like it or not, we all have a personal brand – some are created purposefully, some happen by default. In either case, you are your own walking billboard of your beliefs, skills, style, contribution to the world and more.

At Brand Your Career, we give attention to every critical detail when working with clients to define the who, where, what, and how they differentiate themselves, what they stand for and what they offer to prospective employers.

Our personal branding process is, well…personal! Your branding strategy session is done by me, Michelle Robin. No extensive forms are required. It’s important that you are fully heard and understood. Intake forms are helpful for content but wouldn’t reflect if you were upbeat or reserved, for example. Personality in your career marketing materials is very important – I’ll capture that.

Our clients take the 360Reach, Fascination Advantage and Strengths Finders assessments. The results provide ah-ha moments to what it is that you do best and the value you bring to an employer.

In addition to my background as a marketing professional, I also hold certifications for 360Reach and as a G3 Coach (Get Clear, Get Found, Get Hired). My clients have benefited from the depth and breadth of my certification training and professional marketing experience when identifying, defining and creating the stories that set them apart in their career advancement journey.
