HOW IT WORKS

In this program you’ll get 8 strategy sessions with Michelle (via phone) where we’ll focus on the help you need most. These sessions will be recorded so you can review them when needed.

In between these sessions you won’t have to feel like you’re going at it alone because you’ll be able to access Michelle via email or for 10-minute “emergency” calls to address any questions that come up. And after the programs concludes you’ll get unlimited email support until you land.

  • Ideal job – Identify your ideal job in detail and how it aligns with your skills and values.
  • Target Companies – Uncover how to find viable and likely unknown opportunities.
  • Roadmap – Get details on how to reverse engineer your job search to land the position you deserve.

After this a bonus session to gather all your career data will occur.

Week 3 – Personal Branding
  • What do you do? – Get confident in knowing how to answer this question to attract the right opportunities.
  • SMART stories – Find the common threads of your career and translate that to your value.
  • Build your brand – Learn how to get clear and get noticed to become in demand.
Week 4 – Networking
  • Your network is your net worth – Rapidly grow your network with the right contacts to get you ahead
  • The “hidden” job market – Discover how to find jobs before they’re posted or even have a job created for you.
  • LinkedIn – Use LinkedIn to enhance your networking abilities and find your hiring manager
Week 5 – Career Marketing

Week 6 – Evaluate

Week 7 – Interviewing

  • Phone screens – Learn the best way to get past the first live touch-point.
Week 8 – Getting the Offer
